Zero affiliate redirects
Your rebook link goes straight to the booking checkout with your exact hotel and dates. We don't stuff tracking redirects in the middle — and the transparency receipt lets you verify the destination yourself.
Minimal data, encrypted
To price-match we store: hotel ID, room code, dates, guests, meal plan, cancellation policy. We don't need your name to watch a price — so we don't store what we don't need. Booking details never leave encrypted storage and are never sold.
Every check is a receipt
Each price check is logged with its timestamp, price and data source. Share a watch's receipt link and anyone can audit it — every check, every price, no black box.
You keep 100% as a member
Memberships fund BookForward, so we take zero cut of any member's savings. On the free plan we keep a flat 5% of what we help you save — it covers our costs while you try us — and it's shown to you before you confirm anything. When we win, it's because you saved money, not because you overpaid.

BookForward works on free-cancellation bookings.
The entire rebooking trick only works when your original booking can be cancelled without penalty. Never add non-refundable bookings expecting a rebook — the app will warn you, but you're the boss. Not sure? Check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation before adding it.
